By accessing and using A Beautiful Mind AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Description

A Beautiful Mind AI provides algorithmic trading signals, indicators, and automation tools for financial markets (including crypto, forex, stocks, ETFs, indices and commodities). Services may include:

• Signal Alerts via Telegram (Pro Suite and TurnPoint Pro engines)
• Pro Suite Indicator (TradingView)
• Adaptive Vector
• Dynascale Adaptive Progressive Strategy (DAPS)
• TradeLink Bridge (execution automation)

The Service provides informational and educational tools only. It is not investment advice and we do not manage your funds.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where required for delivery of the Service
• Maintain the security of your Telegram account and credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share, sell, or distribute proprietary indicators or strategies unless a commercial license expressly allows it
• Take full responsibility for your trading decisions and risk

6. Trial, Subscription and Payments

Eligible new users may activate a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service. No payment is required during the trial. Paid plans are billed according to the category and duration selected in the Telegram bot. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

By upgrading to a paid plan after using the trial, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital Service and acknowledge that you lose any statutory withdrawal / cooling-off right that may otherwise apply, because a free evaluation period was already provided.

7. No Refunds on Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. The 14-day free trial is the evaluation window. Trading losses, dissatisfaction with market results, or change of mind after purchase do not entitle you to a refund. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in permanent account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, strategies, algorithms, and materials provided by A Beautiful Mind AI are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use our services as permitted. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maurizio Dalco and A Beautiful Mind AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee profits or protection from losses. Your trading decisions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect active paid subscriptions where practicable.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse the trial, share invite-only access improperly, or use the Service in ways that harm the operator or other users.
